Returns
We do not accept general returns due to the nature of our products (fragrances and personal care items).
However, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

The item is damaged, defective, or

You have received the wrong product
You must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in original packaging

You must provide a valid proof of purchase

A complete unboxing video is mandatory, clearly showing the issue

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Used or opened products

Products without original packaging

Items without an unboxing video

Sale items

Gift cards
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all fragrances and personal care products are treated as non-returnable, except in cases mentioned above.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed if:

You received a damaged product, or
-
You received the wrong item
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

We will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made to your bank account

Refund processing time: 8–15 business days

It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
