Refund policy

At NIVRA, we strive to ensure that you have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

We do not accept general returns due to the nature of our products (fragrances and personal care items).

However, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or

  • You have received the wrong product

You must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase

  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory, clearly showing the issue


How to Request a Return

Please note:

  • Returns will need to be sent to: Flat 807, Sector 10A, Vrindavan Colony, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226029

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted

If your return request is approved:

  • We will provide a return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send the product will be shared


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us right away with:

  • Your order details

  • Unboxing video evidence

We will review the case and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items without an unboxing video

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all fragrances and personal care products are treated as non-returnable, except in cases mentioned above.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed if:

  • You received a damaged product, or

  • You received the wrong item

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made to your bank account

  • Refund processing time: 8–15 business days

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, please contact us at nivrafragrance@gmail.com.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

To cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
